Family and Job is a registered association founded in 2013. This nongovernmental organization brings together people and organizations with the shared interest to reconcile private and professional life. The platform cooperates with employers, employees and parents as well as with other organizations focused on the issue of work-life balance. The aim of the association is to promote the implementation of work-life balance policies in all sectors of the labor market and raising awareness and know-how in this field and among members.
There is a possibility for both legal entity and physical person to become member as well as organization and employers in case that their activities are consistent with the objectives and mission of the platform.
Work-life balance designation has been using since the 70s of the 20th century, and this is what our company Family and Job strives for. This designation is nowadays common primarily in the context of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Those employers who try to adapt to its employees in the family life issue (flexible working hours, company kindergartens or other benefits) generally contribute to the common good as well as they also increase its attractiveness and prestige. This provides a greater chance to get qualified and loyal employees and succeed among others competitors.
