Who are we?
We are a Prague based association focusing on the balance between “work” (career and ambition) and “life” (family, health, pleasure, leisure and spiritual development). We want to bring together people and organisations with the shared interest to reconcile private and professional life. The aim of the association is to promote the implementation of work-life balance policies in all sectors of the labor market and raising awareness and know-how in this field.
What do we do?
Apart from running 4 own preschool child care facilities (2 in Kladno, 1 in Pisek and 1 in Domazlice), we are the head of a network of more than 60 preschool facilities based in the whole Czech Republic.
As the law on the so called children groups is new in the Czech Republic, we decided to connect the preschool facilities and to help them share knowledge and develop together.
With the project mojedetskaskupina.cz we have started to make this network official. To our members we provide educational services, consultation services, PR and marketing support and most of all networking opportunities and exchange of know-how with other similar facilities. We organize educational events (seminars, roundtables, conferences) and networking events (social dinners, trips).
We are trying to get financial support to provide better services to our members.
In March 2017 we submitted a project application to the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union and guess what – we received the ProChil grant!
